Yes! Our standard fixed-price services can include the specified replacement materials and labour. Any exclusions, specialist items or customer-supplied products will be clearly identified before booking.
Can I book more than one job?
Absolutely. You can select multiple electrical repairs or replacements and combine them into one appointment, subject to the available booking duration.
Do you install new electrical circuits or carry out full rewires?
No. ZAPPIT! specialises in smaller electrical repairs, like-for-like replacements and straightforward upgrades rather than major installation projects.
Can you replace my oven, hob or dishwasher?
Yes, we offer suitable freestanding and integrated appliance swaps where the existing connections and installation arrangements are compatible. Some appliances may require additional plumbing, cabinetry or specialist work and may fall outside our standard service.
Can you replace lights I've already purchased?
Yes. We can fit suitable customer-supplied light fittings using the existing electrical points, provided they're compatible and safe to install.
What happens if the job is more complicated than expected?
We'll explain what we've found and discuss your options before carrying out additional chargeable work. We won't simply add unexpected extras to your bill.
Do you offer emergency callouts?
Our main service is designed around convenient, pre-booked appointments rather than a 24-hour emergency callout service. Having said that, if we have same day appointments available, feel free to book them!
Are electrical checks and testing included?
Appropriate checks and testing relating to the work carried out are included. Additional fault-finding, remedial work or separate electrical inspection reports are NOT included.
